Goodselite provides energy efficiency consulting services and equipment recommendations. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Return Timeframe

Refund requests for consulting services must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery. Requests submitted after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The service must not have been fully completed or delivered
  • You must demonstrate that the service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • You must provide a detailed explanation of your concerns
  • You must not have violated the Terms of Use

Consulting Services

As consulting services are delivered upon completion, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our consulting services, please contact us within 30 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns and potential resolution options.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. In many cases, we may offer to revise or supplement the service rather than provide a full refund.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and situations are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed Consulting Services - Services that have been fully delivered and completed according to the agreed-upon scope
  • Custom Reports and Analysis - Customized reports, energy audits, and analysis documents that have been delivered
  • Digital Products - Any digital materials, documents, or resources that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Services Used for Business Purposes - Services that have been used to make business decisions or implement changes
  • Services Delivered More Than 30 Days Ago - Services delivered beyond the 30-day return period
  • Third-Party Fees - Any fees paid to third parties, such as equipment manufacturers or service providers

Exceptions may be made in cases of documented service failures, breach of contract, or other circumstances at our sole discretion.

Equipment Recommendations

We provide recommendations for energy-efficient equipment based on your specific needs. We do not sell equipment directly, and any purchases you make based on our recommendations are subject to the return policies of the equipment manufacturer or retailer.

We are not responsible for returns, refunds, or warranties related to equipment purchases. All equipment-related returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer or retailer from whom you purchased the equipment.

We do not accept returns of equipment, as we do not sell equipment directly. Our role is limited to providing recommendations and consulting services.

Return Costs

Consulting Service Returns

Since consulting services are intangible and delivered digitally or in-person, there are no return shipping costs associated with service returns. However, if a refund is approved, any processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, we may deduct reasonable processing fees to cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, and any third-party charges incurred. These fees typically range from 3% to 5% of the refund amount.

Equipment Returns

For any equipment purchases made based on our recommendations, return shipping costs and restocking fees are determined by the equipment manufacturer or retailer, not by Goodselite. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning equipment to third-party sellers.

Return Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us - Submit a written refund request to support@goodselite.world within 30 days of service delivery
  2. Provide Details - Include your name, contact information, service order number (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  3. Review Period - We will review your request and respond within 10 business days
  4. Resolution - If approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 14 business days

We may request additional information or documentation to process your refund request, such as proof of service delivery or documentation of issues encountered.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-Service Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to support@goodselite.world.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances and our ability to fill the time slot.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the service at your convenience.

Refund Procedure

Refund Request Submission

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@goodselite.world. Please include all relevant information to expedite the review process.

Review and Approval

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. During this time, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the portion of the service that was not delivered or did not meet expectations. Partial refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the service completion status.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order for consulting services before the service begins without penalty. Once the service has commenced, cancellation terms apply as outlined in the Cancellation Policy section above.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@goodselite.world. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

If you cancel an order before service begins, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days, minus any processing fees.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy, and this policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Any disputes regarding returns or refunds will be resolved in accordance with our Terms of Use, which includes dispute resolution procedures.
